MUFC 4, Oxford 1... and the delectable Gretchen Mol (Yum yum!)

With all the hyperbole surrounding CR's first game back in England (following his attempts to endear himself to English fans at the world cup). One could be forgiven for thinking that the target of abuse was some mass murderer and not a professional athelete, who while plying his trade for HIS country intervened on behalf of his TEAM-MATE. But hey! that's us English for you! Of course, don't let the fact that it was our inability to convert all but one of our penalty kicks that lead to our exit.

Anyway, that was in the past and what matters now is how magnificently United's No. 7 played against Oxford (admittedly poor opposition). Scoring two goals and in general knuckling down showing everyone just how talented a player he truly is...

Oh, before i go, i've just "discovered" Gretchen Mol (yeah shame about the name!). I think i'll find myself heading off to catch her new movie, 'The Notorious Bettie Page'
